A leading Oil and Gas organization in UAE urgently requires a Principal Metallurgy Engineer.
Job Requirements:
> Applicants should possess a 4 year Bachelor’s Degree in Metallurgical Engineering.�
> Work experience of at least 15 years in a related position is needed.
> Preference to applicants with experience in an EPC organization in the Oil and Gas industry.
> Having experience in the GCC will be an advantage.
Job Responsibilities:
> Supervise and provide guidance in the development of metallurgy key deliverables, MSD, MSR, CMM, painting, insulation and coating specifications.
> Supervise and lead a team of engineers and designers in carrying out detailed engineering work for large‐sized projects.�
> Ensure process design related scope is well understood for cost and schedule purposes.�
> Provide necessary technical information in compliance with budget, tender specifications and project schedules.�
> Determine methods and solutions for complex engineering problems in tandem with the Technical Specialist.�
> Use corrosion calculation software such as ECE IV to ensure project specification details in the FEED Packages are feasible.
