Job description:
Direct, control, lead and manage all smelter maintenance within CMS (Content Management System)which includes Mobile Fleet, Rigging & lifting inspections, Central Workshops services (Fabrication, Machining & Equipment repair), Facility maintenance Electrical/Painting/Carpentry/Instruments/Masonry, Condition Monitoring services and environmental control in order to achieve safe, cost-effective production in accordance with agreed corporate objectives and improve the overall plant reliability and availability.
Ensure that the necessary PdM, PM systems and Planned Maintenance projects are in place and carried out to minimize equipment downtime. He will also adopt and utilise RCFA techniques to analyse equipment defects as well as understand and use MTTR & MTBF analysis
