A Middle East based commercial bank is looking for a Head of Project Operations, Systems Control & Automation to join its team in Qatar.
Requirements:
> Applicants should be a Bachelor ‘s degree holder in Accounting or any related subject.
> Applicants having MBA or Masters degree highly preferred.
> Work experience of at least 15 years in a major IT operation fields is required.
> 8 to 10 years of experience should be in the operations control and business excellent department of a bank in the GCC in a managerial capacity.�
> Should possess excellent skills in MS-Office applications and Banking Systems.
> Fluent communication skills in English and Arabic is essential.
Responsibilities:
> Manage the work program of each project as per the budget and ensure timely vendor selection.
> Managing the planning and implementation processes of projects undertaken by the group.
> Define projects’ goals to be achieved and track the achievement of the benefits.
> Monitor program performance after implementation to prevent recurrence of program operating problems.
> Develop the group annual budgets and manage projects’ operations within the assigned costs and time.
> Give regular feedback to management on the project evolution and the performance of the system.
