JOB DESCRIPTION

Required for a market leading Corporate Finance boutique (UAE).

Qualification Requirements:

-Bachelors Degree from a leading University (preferably MBA). 

-Minimum 15 years of experience (7 years of which must be in the GCC).

-Arabic speaking is preferred.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage deal execution.

Conduct and review comprehensive valuation analysis.

Coordinate company and industry due diligence efforts.

Generate pitching ideas and originate new transactions.
