The Company is professional typing and clearing center providing Government Services to corporate companies. Reporting to the Office Manager, the typing Clerk Officer will be responsible to provide services to the customers related to work permit, visa applications, medical, emirates id and other company related services. Preference will be given to applicants who can talk, read and write Arabic and are willing to attend to customers with strict deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Knowled ge in Immigration, Emirates id, Medical and Labour System.
- Able to speak English and Arabic.
- Must know how to read and type Arabic correctly.
- A polite and courteous manner regardless of the situation.
- The ability to deal calmly with difficult customers or visitors.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- The ability to balance conflicting demands.
- A commitment to and knowledge of the company and its work.
- Microsoft office processing abilities or other relevant systems.
- The ability to work telecommunication systems (telephone, fax machines).
- The ability to make people feel at ease.
- The willingness to go the extra mile even at busy times.
- The ability to work under own initiatives.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- A smart, neat appearance.
Preferably Male, Indian Nationality
Educational Attainment: At least Secondary or High School Grad
