Qualification Requirements:

> A bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.

> Minimum Twenty years of experience in civil projects (roads, buildings, and infrastructure) preferably if he has experience at oil/gas industry.

> Candidate should be a registered professional engineer with technical certifications such as ASNT, AWS, and ASQ etc.

> Candidate should be fully familiar with the requirements of ISO 9001 for quality Management systems and able to develop, maintain and implement a QMS in accordance with that standard.

Role:

> To direct and manage the QA/QC during EPC in a manner that achieves project quality requirements within the cost and schedule targets set by the company.

> To ensure that all actions, works and services undertaken by EPC contractor, are in accordance with the respective agreement with the company.

> To ensure compliance with companies objectives, requirements, priorities, policies etc.

> To supervise PMC Contractors QA/QC performance through spot inspection.

> To identify non-compliance and follow up with corrective measures.

Salary: As per Oil & Gas Grade System.
