Qualification Requirements:

= Bachelor degree in any Engineering discipline (Male & Bilingual).

= Ten years work experience in the HR and recruitment areas, preferably in oil/gas industry.

= Good understanding of skill requirements in the oil and gas industry.

= Awareness of relevant policies, statutory requirements and regulations.

= Must have good negotiating and interpersonal skills.
