JOB DESCRIPTION:
> Applicants should be a LEED certified or equivalant.
> Work experience of at least 10 years in project management is required.
> Work experience should including budget preparation and management, construction�
management and tender preparation.�
> Should possess relevant experience in designing sustainable environments.
> Should possess excellent skills in MS-Office and other related softwares.�
> Able to conduct post-occupancy evaluation of all construction and renovation.�
> This post will be responsible for planning, design, project management.
> Work cover everything from way finding, parking design, sports fields, parks,�
community centres, academic buildings, to the master planning of existing and new facilities.
