Brand Manager (Cosmetics) is required by Mackenzie Jones (Dubai, UAE) for their client, an international, diversified retail and hospitality conglomerate.
Job Details:
-Maximize sales and profitability of brands in line with Company targets and Contractual obligations
-Gather feedback from Territory on Brand acceptance and customer expectations
-Provide inputs to senior management to assist creation of overall merchandizing budget for the brand.
-Monitor the sales performance on a regular basis and prepare a corrective action plan
-Support the Senior Brand Manager to prepare annual plans for the brand
Requirements:
-Education: Minimum a Bachelor's Degree
-Minimum 2 to 6 years of strong Brand Management experience in cosmetics is a must (Sales/ Marketing/ PR/ Vendor Management/ Training Beauty Advisors/ Consultants).
-Excellent analytical skills
-Excellent working skills and managerial qualities
-High interest in Cosmetics
