Requirement:
-Applicant must have minimum a High School education.
-Graduate Degree (recognized) or Diploma is an added advantage
-Working experience in a Customer Service Environment or a Call Centre will be highly considered
-Ability to Provide Internal & External customers with most correct information regarding ADCB products.
-Good Conveyance with both internal & external customers
-Capacity to adhere to internal departmental policies
