-Must have an Architectural degree.
-Minimum 5 years of site-based healthcare experience (Contractor or Client).
-Full working knowledge and previous experience of using UK healthcare standards.
-Previous experience in developing architectural details for contractor-designed packages,site coordination between architectural and other works packages,checking code compliance for sub-contractor designed packages, site coordination of specialist medical equipment.
-Full working knowledge in CAD Program is essential.
