Job Description SAPSF/DR: Senior Associate of Project or Structured Finance, Bahrain
My client, a rapidly developing Private Equity Advisory is looking for a Senior Associate of Project/Structured Finance, with exposure in USA, UK and Middle East Markets to join their dynamic team in Bahrain.
Responsibilities:
• Monitoring the performance of portfolios.
• Developing new quantitatively-based products.
• Contributing to the production of client reports and marketing documents.
• Arranging capital for projects and eventually building infrastructure funds.
• Contributing to Equity Derivatives, Structured products and Quantitative Modeling.
Requirements:
• Must have an MBA, as well as level 1 or 2 CFA.
• At least 5 years of experience in a financial institution in the GCC markets or Western markets.
• Experience of projecting future financial statements for Greenfield Projects/existing companies.
• Strong financial modelling and documentation skills as well as modelling of cash flows for bonds/Sukuk/securitization etc.
• Must have experience arranging/advising/structuring Asset – backed or mortgage – backed securities and deal experience; especially in debt transactions.
