Our client, a support service company is looking for a Director of Business Performance Improvement to join its dynamic team in Bahrain.
Responsibilities:
• Contribute to creating sustainable competitive advantage for their business.
• Achieve the BPI division sales and profitability targets as set out in the business plan.
• Propose outstanding customer solutions, so as to improve their business performance and profitability.
• Build a trustful relationship with customers that will help support and expand all business activities.
• Make smart plans and recommendations for performance improvement for customers with the account teams.
Requirements:
• University degree in a related field.
• At least 5 years of BPI skills and practical experience in the support service industry in the GCC.
