Job Description:
• Assist the General Manager with all administrative and secretarial related activities
• Translate English and Arabic documents, and attend to phone calls, mail, memos, meeting agenda and business trips
• Set up a filling system and take minutes of meetings
Qualification Requirements:
• A university graduate
• Kuwaiti Female
• Three years experience as a personal or executive assistant to a management executive
• Bilingual (Arabic, English) with excellent communication and computer skills (oral, written)
Candidates must have transferable residency.
