Job Description:
Our client, a leading Middle East based bank is looking for a Training Manager to join its
professional team in Kuwait.
Job Responsibilities:
• Design and develop training and development programs based on both the organization and the individual's needs.
• Produce training materials for in-house courses and devise a training strategy for the
organization.
• Identify training and development needs within the company through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with managers.
• Assess the return on investment of any training or development program and maintain the costs of planned programs within budgets.
Qualification Requirements:
• At least Eight to Nine years of HR banking experience, of which at least two to three years must be in Training and Development in a bank in the GCC.
• University degree in Banking and Finance, however, an additional professional HR
certification will be an advantage.
