Qualification Requirements:

• University degree.

• Excellent computer skills.

• Bilingual with excellent communication

• Two to three years experience in leading a telemarketing team in the Call Center.

• Team player, reliable, with strong people management and interpersonal skills.

• Target oriented.

• Expertise In monitoring. Evaluating and providing feedback to agents on performance targets and quality.

• Age group (27 to35).
