A leading advertising company requires a secretary to provide
	office support for its dynamic team.
	
	Roles & Responsibilities:
	• Greet and tend to guests
	
	• Maintain the general filing system
• Assist in preparing for meetings
	• Maintaining inventory of office supplies
	
	• Type and prepare documents for various employees
	
	• Receive and relay telephone calls and fax messages
	
	• Respond to inquiries in a professional and effective manner
	• Facilitate time-sensitive duties in coordination with other employees
	
	Qualification Requirements:
	• Bachelor's Degree a plus
	
	• Computer and fax literate
	
	• English & Arabic fluency and typing skills
	• Honest & trustworthy with strong work ethic
	
	• Effective verbal and listening communication skills
	
	• Possess a welcoming, flexible and energetic personality
	
	• Excellent organizational, time management and coordination skills
	
	• Certified training in related field or minimum one year experience
