* Candidates should be familiar with all local codes and should have
worked in the Middle East region.
* Strong analytical, statistical and presentation skills.
* At least 12 years experience of working on the design and
construction supervision.
* Should have a Degree in Civil Engineering.
* Excellent numeric, analytic and IT skills.
