* Should be familiar with all local standards and surveying hardwear.
* Strong analytical, statistical and presentation skills.
* At least 15 years experience as quantity surveyor in the construction
  industry.
* Should have a Degree in Quantity Surveying.
* Should also have experience of working on major highway and
   infrastructure projects.
