DIRECTOR OF BAKERY 
The ideal candidate wilt have the following qualifications: 
- 10 years experience in Bakery operations, of which a minimum of 3 years spent at a high leadership position 
- Extensive experience & knowledge in different product lines and product development to include Cakes, Pastry European Breads, Croissants, Cookies, Donuts, etc. 
- Minimum of 3 years experience in the retail environment related field 
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration or 
- Fluent in English, knowledge in Arabic is a plus 
- Excellent communication & leadership skills 
- Energetic & self-motivated
