Description: A Real Estate Company requires CRM agents to do the following:

•Answer inbound calls and assist customers with general inquiries
•Update the existing databases with changes and add non existing customer/prospective customer
•Educate clients on exiting projects and available opportunities.
•Follow up the requests of customers which includes e-mailing, faxing, doing checks on availability as well as liaising with other departments

Job Qualifications:

•Basic computer/windows platform knowledge - the person should be adept in using search tools, browsers and also email features;
•Familiarity of CRM systems
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
