A reputed company looking for a well experienced Executive Secretary in Bahrain.

Job Details :

* Assist in planning appointments, meetings, conferences etc.

* Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence.

* Attend meetings and keep minutes

* Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate.


Job Requirements :

* Experience as executive secretary or similar administrative role

* Degree in business administration.

* Proficient in MS Office and "back-office" software .

* Good communication skills.
