Requirements:
Diploma in Hotel Management & catering craft course.
Minimum 6 years experience in thai cookery
At least 2 years in supervisory position, preferably from 5 star hotel
Good knowledge in English and computer
Familiar with HACCP systems
Better understanding of the catering business function is essential
