Job Details:
Quality Assurance Specialist evaluates and asses the quality of service delivered via all customer care touch points, implements Voice of Customer programs whereby customers’ feedback is captured, analyzed and translated into action to drive changes towards a better customer experience.
Requirements:
-Education: Degree in Business or any related field.
-Minimum 2 years of working experience in a support function in Contact Centers.
-Knowledge of FRiENDi mobile products & services.
-Very good communication and presentation skills
-Knowledge in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.
-Ability to translate the quality results
