Oman Oil Refineries and Petroleum Industries Company (ORPIC) is in search of a qualified Contract Engineer
Job Details:
-Drafts suitable contractual and commercial terms and conditions to best serve and protect the Company’s interests
-Assists the preparation of technical recommendations ensuring they are compliant
-Ensures the analysis of contract requests from the user departments and determines the appropriate method of procurements
Requirements:
-A Degree in Procurement/ Supply Chain Management/ QS/ Engineering
-Good understanding of Tender law, Tender procedures, commercial working, contract formation etc.
-Minimum Experience of 4 years in a similar field
-Good communication and negotiation skills
-Good Competence in MS Office, SAP
