Requirement:

*Must possess a Graduate Degree qualification in Human Resources/Business Administration or any similar stream
*Knowledge obtained within a CIPD Development Curriculum is advantageous
*4 years of relevant experience and expertise in a similar role
*Be a proficient in Microsoft Office
*Knowledge of competency dictionaries and frameworks is preferable
*Well presentable and smart persons are needed
