Hiring for experienced Customer Service Representative in Qatar.
Job Details :
* Handle customer queries, redirect requests and orders
to the affiliates.
* Maintain customer and affiliate accounts by updating
account information.
* Support affiliates’ customer service related matters with customers.
Requirement:
* Must have 3-4 years experience working in a customer
service focused role.
* Candidate is preferred to have a driving license and an Arabic speaker.
* Should have excellent communication skills and the ability to use
computer applications.
* Should have the ability to build and maintain friendly,
warm relationships with customer.
