A leading Middle East based bank urgently requires a Head of Projects and Development to join their dynamic team in Qatar.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
> Applicants should be a Masters Degree hilder in Business, Information Technology or Computer Science.
> Preference to applicants with PMP Certification or equivalent.
> Fluenct communication skills in English and Arabic is needed.
> Work experience of minimum 10 years in handling E-banking projects in a bank in the GCC.
> Need skills in Microsoft Office, relational database technology, programming languages and AS/400 systems.
> Should be familiar with Switch, Home Banking, Card Management system, Card Production and Manufacturing Systems, brand network such as VISA/MC, GCC, NAPS etc.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
> Coordinate between different project teams.
> Handle the technical implementation of new projects.
> Resolve technical problems and improve the system performance.
> Provide support and assistance to the team in order to identify technical problems.
> Develop software and programs or implement “off the shelf” solutions needed for new projects.
> Give regular feedback to the Head of Electronic Banking on the project evolution and the performance of the system.
> Process IT requests and claims received from the other departments/ units and support to team members in resolving system and operations related problems.
