Requirement:
• Develop investment, due diligence and transaction skills.
• Establish schedules to monitor portfolio and company performance.
• Tap internal and external sources to develop and maintain sector- specific insights.
• Assist Joint Venture and Venture Capital Manager in providing ongoing strategic support to the companies.
• Manage the venture capital investment team and support on analyses
• Identify and source deals on a limited basis as well as offer support in due diligence and deal structuring.
