Job Description
Our client a Leading Crane and Component manufacturer in the middle east is looking to expand its team. The BDM will be responsible for market penetration, achieving business budgets.
Desired Candidate's Profile
•To handle Service Sales constituting - Service contracts, Spare parts and Modernization of existing cranes which includes : Generation of enquiries / clarification Quotation handling & elaboration Technical discussions & commercial negotiations keeping GM targets Fulfillment of target budgets, Order Execution monitoring, payments Collection. •Collecting market information i.e. Existing clients / competitor customer data base preparation and customer visits. •Handling tenders – timely collection of tenders, clarifications, bid submission, attending opening or revisions etc. •Reporting for Active projects, Sales Forecast, budget planning, orders forecast, in company desired formats. •Handling business through Government & semi government companies, private customers, Main & sub contractors (Local / global) •Co ordination of AMC visits and installation activities with corresponding partner. •Arranging meetings, appointments & presentation seminars as & when required. Must have the following skill sets •Engineering degree (Mechanical or Electrical) •Fluent in English language (Written & Oral) and Arabic will be an advantage •Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office Package •Must have a proven track record of achieving sales targets •Must be self motivated and target driven •Having intimate experience with overhead travelling & suspension cranes will be an advantage •Having experience in selling After sales Services and Products in an industrial environment
