Job Description:
Assisting the Restaurant Manager in managing the overall performance of the restaurant. * Provide excellent customer service * Ensure proper hygiene and sanitation procedures are followed * Train, motivate and develop staff * Control inventory and maximize sales * Monitors and ensures standards are maintained.
Profile:
* Good spoken and written English * 3-5 years restaurant management, hotel management experience * Excellent communication skills * Ability to perform assigned tasks independently or as part of a work team * Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet frequent goals and deadlines.
Education: Basic - Bachelor of Hotel Management ( Hotel Management ) , Diploma ( Hotel Management )
