•Develop the company's annual marketing and brand communication strategy.
•Advise on overall company strategy including target market segments, product mix, pricing and product launches.
•Managing the collection and reporting of market intelligence on a regular basis, including survey of competitor presence and pricing.
•Managing the development & execution of the company's marketing campaigns in coordination with branding and advertising agencies.

Requirement:
•Bachelors Degree in Marketing or related field required
•At least 4 to 7 years of experience in Brand Management in the GCC, (FMCG industry experience is preferred).
•Strong marketing and sales orientation.
•Excellent managerial abilities.
