• Contract Administrator with Bachelor degree in either Architectural, Civil, Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent related discipline 
• with a minimum of 20 years of construction experience, must have worked as a Contract Administrator and handled prestigious / best quality and complex building (residential / commercial) projects worth more than U.S. $200M each; 
• must have Middle East experience. 
Required Expertise: 
• Solid knowledge of procurement regulations, policies and practices; 
• solid knowledge of contracts administration and formulation regulations, policies and practices; 
• as well as a solid understanding of FIDIC form of contract; 
• specialized courses or experience in pricing, contract law, negotiations and accounting; 
• solid knowledge of engineering / construction industry contracting practices, as well as general industry policies, procedures and work practices; 
• demonstrated oral and written communication skills in Arabic and English; 
• demonstrated letters and minutes of meeting writing skills; solid experience in developing contract types, fee arrangements and contract terms; 
• solid experience in developing and recommending potential solutions to contractual problems to management. 
Responsibilities: 
• Administers all contracts and subcontracts; 
• maintain a continual review of progress and provides management with information regarding projected financial or technical difficulties or potential change orders or claims; 
• coordinates with designated staff on operational activities affecting contractual rights and obligations; contracts changes;
• contracts performance; 
• contracts administration; 
• contracts delays; 
• contracts back charges and claims; 
• and other major contractual matters; 
• administers complex contract changes by negotiating with project personnel and obtaining settlement;
• undertakes contractual discussions to ensure mutual understanding of contract terms and conditions;
