JOB DESCRIPTION

Required for a well-established Hospitality Group in Bahrain.

Requirements:

-The candidate should have at least 3-5 years of working experience in the similar position.

-Be aware of the international Food Safety and Hygiene standards and follow the policy guidelines of the Ministry of Health.

-Good knowledge in auditing, implementing SOPs and HACCP credentials.
