The Arabic Hospitality Group is seeking to add a new restaurant manager to the Fillfilah Restaurants team in Saudi Arabia’s Eastern Province. One of the area’s predominant quick-service restaurants, Fillfilah Restaurants offer authentic Arabic cuisine that works to support and enliven Arabic hospitality at each of its four locations. The new restaurant manager will have the opportunity to interact with the Eastern Province’s vibrant community, working to support Fillfilah Restaurants’ role as a predominant local business.

Tasked with running his own location, the new restaurant manager must possess excellent interpersonal skills and customer service, the organizational skills to manage the entire restaurant team and the ability to grow sales by promoting Fillfilah Restaurants’ services and menu.

* A minimum of a bachelors degree – a hotel management education is preferred.

* Five to 10 years prior experience working for a quick-service restaurant, with experience in multiple positions that extend beyond management.

* At least three years prior experience as a manager of a quick-service restaurant.

* A demonstrated ability to record, organize and analyze financial data, ensuring that all restaurant financial goals are met.

* The ability to read and write in both Arabic and English.

* Knowledge of the latest technical systems for POS programs, inventory reporting and team management.

* The ability to work 50 to 60 hours each week, with a demonstrated commitment to punctuality and accessibility.

* An excellent customer service record, including the ability to maintain quality standards for cleanliness and speed of service.
