JOB DESCRIPTION

Requirements:

•Must have a University degree in Business Administration, ideally with a specialization in HR.

•Minimum 5 years of experience in Bahraini market securing outsourcing call center / telesales / credit card and loans sales to the local banks in Bahrain.

•Experience in contact centre is a must.

Responsibilities:

-Develop and implement business development plan.

-Detailed analysis and reporting on all business development activities.

-Evaluate performance, and identify training and development needs for staff.
