JOB DESCRIPTION
Qualification Requirements:
•Preferably University or College Graduate with a course in Hospitality or Culinary Art.
•At least 5 years intensive knowledge in running catering for Camps Accommodation with minimum occupancy of 1000 personnel.
•Knowledge in costing and preparation of management control reports (food cost, laundry and housekeeping cost, etc).
•Knowledge in computer operations and basic Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, etc.).
•Good command of English language. Knowledge of Arabic is a plus factor.
•Valid Saudi Driving license.
•Transferable Iqama.
