Required for A leading perfume retail company
• Expansion of Business network across the GCC
• Planning and implementation sales programs and strategies to improve product and brand awareness
• To increase turnover
• Assigning targets and motivating the staff to achieve them
• Overseeing training and skill development of the team
• Ensuring smooth operations of existing and upcoming showrooms
• Identifying potential business opportunities and other business developments strategies for growth and enhancement of the organization.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years management experience
Graduation (preferred)
