The group is major construction company based in Muscat The candidate should be presently working as Head of any company or Department as a General Manager or acting General Manager . The person should be very good, well versed with the market, has experience in project management, execution, estimation.

Manage Multi disciplinary project execution team.
Coordinate & execute all engineering, procurement & construction phases of project.
Develop & maintain project execution & Quality plans to acheive project objectives.
Organize & manage construction activities as per project execution plan & to meet deadlines of challenging project.
Coordinate & participate in design reviews.
Interact at all levels including the client, consultants, sub-contractors & inter-department.
Analyze schedule deviations for cost & time impact & recommend correctve action.
Prepare weekly/monthly reports & presentation documentations for management & client.
Working knowledge of relevant international codes, standards, construction practices & procedures.
Single point responsibility for the execution of the project within approved budget & schedule to the required quality
