Job Description Looking for Trainer / Senior Management Associate.
Desired Candidate's Profile
Profile Spearhead Training, with a client base approaching 1600 Gulf companies, (including many multi-nationals), is seeking highly talented trainers for its Dubai / Abu Dhabi / Qatar offices.
The company currently has over 25 Gulf-based trainers, but due to unprecedented business growth, is now looking to recruit additional trainers. The positions may offer the opportunity to travel throughout the Gulf*, and the wider Middle East region.
(*Male trainers are particularly required for our expanding business in Saudi Arabia.)
We require training professionals, in some of the following soft skills areas:
Management & Leadership,
HR Management,
Customer Service,
Administrative Skills,
Sales & Marketing,
Personal Development,
Business Writing, and
Finance.
The key qualities we seek are: integrity, excellent communication skills, a totally customer focused outlook, very good subject knowledge, excellent planning and organizing skills, and the ability to communicate in a dynamic and positive manner in the training room.
We are looking for a minimum commitment of 6 training delivery days per month, with the maximum of around 12 - 14 training delivery days per month for a full time trainer. Bi-lingual trainers (English / Arabic) would also be welcomed. Freelance trainers are not required.
Education: Degree Level Preferred.
