Qualifications
• Provide accurate and timely recruitment and selection of multi-functional professionals from local and overseas countries. • Experienced in mobilizing workforce and technicians on project and contract hire basis. • Job Evaluation/Job Sizing • Prepare Payroll and Leave records • Maintain accurate records of all employees, new recruits and existing employees. • Coordinate with the PRO and other administrative departments for timely visa issuance, medical clearance, immigration requirements. • Working knowledge of EXCEL and MS packages is mandatory. Requirements: The candidate should be qualified in Human Resources from a reputed University and minimum 5 – 8 yrs working in a similar capacity with a large organization in UAE. Expertise in conducting technical interviews would be considered a definite plus. UAE D/L essential.
