JOB DESCRIPTION

Qualification Requirements:

•Applicant must have a Diploma in Human Resource or equivalent from a recognized university (Bachelors Degree is desirable).

•Certification in any standard personality assessment tool will be a plus.

•At least 2 years of experience in recruitment in an insurance organization in the GCC.

•Excellent sourcing, networking, recruiting and interviewing skills.
