Job Description
Based in Jebel Ali, Dubai you will be reporting to the Infrastructure Supervisor. Responsibilities include managing the administration within the Human Resource Department with entails monthly payroll administration, on- boarding and relocation administration for new employees, administration support for leave and relocation of staff, HR system support and general HR administration assistance for the team
You will need to have fluent English language skills and be educated to at least a degree level preferably in Human Resources or Business Administration. You will have at least 2-3 years experience in a similar position within the HR department of an FMCG company and be based in Dubai at the moment. You will need to be highly self motivated with the ability to work independently and be comfortable reporting to senior management. Advanced Microsoft Office skills particularly in Excel as well as a mature attitude, advanced communication and organizational skills are also essential.
