Job Details:
*Maintenance of HR policies and procedures and ensuring compliance to these policies.
*Maintain and update all HR reports.
*Handling the recruitment processes
*Ensure the workplace policies and practices are in compliance with Labor Law.
*Supervise the employees’ legal affairs.
*Prepare and review all HR related memos and letters for management approval.
Requirements:
-Appropriate educational Degree is required
-Must have minimum 3 years of experience at group level
-Russian or Arabic speaking skills
-Excellent communication and presentation skills
