Job Description

Our client is seeking a Personnel & Employee Relations Manager to join their team in Abu Dhabi. Reporting into the HR Manager, you will be responsible for managing all personnel and employee related activities including policies and procedures, pre employment activities, social security, attendance, government relations, vacation, payroll and benefits, end of service and administrative services.


Our client is seeking a candidate who is degree educated in HR and holds a minimum of 10 years experience in Personnel & Employee Relations. Candidates must hold both international and GCC experience to be considered for this role and the successful candidate will be offered an attractive tax free package of up to AED 50,000/- per month + Benefits.
