JOB DESCRIPTION
Requirements:
•Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business / HR or a related field.
•More than 7 years of experience as a HR Generalist / Manager / Assistant Manager.
•Extensive experience and knowledge of HR practices and processes (benefits, compensation, payroll, recruiting, training, administration, time and attendance).
•Ability to engage and influence workforce at all levels.
•Ability to understand different organizational work culture dynamics.
•Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills (Arabic & English).
•Saudi nationality.
