Job Description:

A large International Insurance company is 
currently seeking a Legal and Compliance Officer to 
join their dynamic team in the UAE. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Instruction of external counsel when required.

• Monitor and advise on changes and local 
interpretation of regulatory laws. 

• Assist in establishing terms and agreements 
with key stakeholders.

• Support global and regional compliance 
initiatives.

• Conduct legal research and provide advice on 
legal matters.

Qualification Requirements:

• Bachelors of Law, though additional Insurance 
qualification such as CII, ACII, FCII or equivalent 
will be an advantage.

• Experience in drafting contracts in English and 
translating to Arabic.

• At least three to five years of relevant experience in 
the GCC, though additional experience in 
Healthcare/Insurance industry high beneficial.

• Must be Arabic speaking.
