A leading international organization in UAE is seeking an Arabic and English speaking Lawyer to join their legal team.

REQUIREMENTS:
> Need good communication skills in English and Arabic.
> Work experience of 3 to 7 years, ideally from in FMCG or manufacturing background in the region but experience from a private law firm would be considered.
> Extensive experience in commercial contracts and corporate and commercial law is needed.
> Should be able to take decisions autonomously.
> Reporting to the Chief Legal Counsel with MENA coverage.
> Incorporates general corporate and commercial advice across all business units.
> Negotiating and drafting commercial documents, litigation disputes as well as translating and drafting documents.
