Job Requirements:
> Applicants should be a Bachelor's Degree holder in any related subject.
> Work experience of 3 to 5 years in similar post is required.
> Should possess fluent oral and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
> Computer literacy is essential.
> Preference will be given to Saudi nationals.
Job Responsibilities:
> Receive visitors and official guests of Circle.�
> Take dictation to process various correspondences.�
> Arrange for travel bookings, accommodation and other logistic issues.�
> Accountable for everyday correspondence such as post, emails, faxes, etc.�
> Attend phone calls for the company and direct calls to the appropriate authorities.�
> Coordinate all administration requirements including secretarial and office administration.�
> Application and implementation of document retention and disposal policies as per the company manual.
> Prepare meeting schedules making prior arrangements, meeting agendas, registering, typing and filing minutes of meetings.�
> Maintain files, records and confidential correspondence, reports and memos pertaining to departmental and business activities.
