We are looking for an experienced Executive Secretary in UAE.

Job Details:

* Maintain executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments,
    board meetings, conferences etc.

* Attend meetings and keep minutes

* Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence.
 
* Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when
    appropriate.


Job Requirements:

* Minimum two years experience in the same field.

* Graduate.

* Good communication skills in English and Arabic.

* Excellent knowledge in MS Office.
